Michigan Association for Family Court Administration (MAFCA) is a representative, non-partisan organization through which Family Court Administration can discuss issues and develop positions relative to staffing, budgeting, programming and legislation.

This report analyzes the impact of the “Michigan Justice for Kids and Community” legislation on detention decision-making, offering key findings and practitioner recommendations.
