MAFCA Honors Chief Justice Elizabeth Clement for Juvenile Justice Leadership

Chief Justice Elizabeth Clement has been instrumental in guiding the Juvenile Justice Reform efforts in Michigan over the past several years. MAFCA has appreciated her leadership, her listening ear, and her desire to highlight and prioritize juvenile justice in Michigan! For those reasons, and many others, MAFCA is pleased to offer an award to Chief Justice Clement as a small token of appreciation for her work on behalf of Michigan’s court-involved youth.

Past and present members of the MAFCA Executive Board enjoyed the privilege of meeting with the Chief Justice on Monday, March 31 at the Hall of Justice. At that meeting, Board members were able to meet with the Chief Justice and express their appreciation in person while presenting her with a plaque to thank her for her outstanding service.

Thank-you Chief Justice Clement, and we wish you well as you begin your new chapter at NCSC!
